Neonatal Update 2026 is an in-person meeting held at BMA House in central London. The lectures will be recorded but the meeting will not be streamed live.

For those unable to attend the meeting in person, recordings of the lectures can be purchased independently and will be available to view approximately two weeks after the meeting has taken place for a period of 3 months. Those viewing the recorded lectures are eligible for CPD points and Certificates will be issued at end March 2027.

(N.B. All in person delegate registration fees include a full set of recorded lectures from all 4 days of the meeting).

Early Bird registration discounts are available until 10 July 2026. The prices shown on the registration form will automatically have the Early Bird discount applied.

From 11 July 2026 the registration will revert to the standard rates which are as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of purchased delegate places must be issued in writing to Georgina Holmes, neonatal.update@imperial.ac.uk 

3-6 months prior: Cancellations received between 31 May and 31 August 2026 will receive a 75% refund 

1-3 months prior: Cancellations received between 01 September and 31 October 2026 will receive a 50% refund

1 month prior: Cancellations received after 01 November cannot be refunded
