The HIC-Vac Annual Meeting 2025 is taking place on 29th – 30th September (Monday – Tuesday) at Keble College, University of Oxford.
The annual meeting is an excellent opportunity to meet and network with other HIC-Vac members and to share knowledge on human infection models to further research into infectious diseases, and to hear about the exciting projects our members are working on.
We are currently working on the meeting agenda and look forward to sharing the list of speakers with you in due course.
Accommodation at Keble College will be available to the meeting attendees for one night on Monday 29th September, covered by HIC-Vac. Due to budget restrictions this year, we would ask Investigator HIC-Vac members to cover their own accommodation costs if this is possible. We also ask Oxford attendees to please consider if accommodation is required. Please note that only registrations applied through this form will be recorded, and this form may only be used for one registration per person. Please do not register groups of people.
Similar to previous years, this year’s event will be a hybrid one to enable as many of our members to join as possible. There will be a small charge of £30 to attend the meeting in person. There is no charge for joining the meeting virtually.
